Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Brain SuperApp collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with the Brain SuperApp mobile application.
This Privacy Policy reflects the current functionality of Brain SuperApp as of the Effective Date above. If we introduce new features or data practices in the future, including features such as online leaderboards, advertising, or subscription systems, we may update this Privacy Policy before those changes take effect.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories.
Information You Provide or Authorize
- Information associated with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, including your name, email address, account identifier, and profile photo.
- Profile information you choose to edit within the app, such as a display name or email address.
- Feedback and support information you choose to submit, including message content, bug reports, feature requests, and an optional contact email address.
Information Collected Automatically
- App usage and analytics information, such as app launches, screens viewed, features used, settings changes, flow progress, and similar interaction events.
- Device and technical information submitted with feedback, such as device model, operating system version, app version, and build number.
- Practice and progress information stored locally by the app, such as breathing session summaries, streaks, game completion history, and related in-app progress metrics.
Health Information
If you grant permission, Brain SuperApp may write completed mindfulness sessions to Apple Health using HealthKit. We use HealthKit solely to support app functionality requested by you. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or interest-based profiling.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide sign-in, profile, and app functionality.
- Store your profile and app preferences.
- Maintain your practice history, progress, and streak-related features.
- Synchronize certain progress information through Apple's CloudKit services, when available.
- Analyze app usage and improve features, performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Send or manage optional reminder notifications.
- Respond to support requests, bug reports, and other feedback.
- Protect the security, integrity, and operation of Brain SuperApp.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
4. CloudKit and iCloud Sync
Brain SuperApp currently uses Apple's CloudKit private database to synchronize certain profile-related activity and progress information associated with your app profile, including activity dates, breathing session summary data, game completion events, and related progress statistics.
CloudKit data is stored in your private iCloud account using Apple's services. Brain SuperApp does not currently provide a separate public leaderboard or public profile service under this version of the Privacy Policy.
5. Notifications
If you enable reminders, Brain SuperApp may request permission to send local notifications on your device. These notifications are used to remind you to practice. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
6. Analytics
Brain SuperApp currently uses Firebase Analytics to collect app usage information. We use analytics to understand how Brain SuperApp is used, improve features, measure engagement, and support product performance and reliability.
Analytics information may include screen views, feature usage, app launches, settings changes, and similar app interaction events.
7. Feedback and Support
If you submit feedback through Brain SuperApp, we may collect:
- Your message content.
- An optional contact email address you provide.
- Technical metadata such as device model, operating system version, app version, and build number.
Depending on the available app flow, feedback may be sent through your mail application or through a network request to our support endpoint.
8. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information to service providers, platform providers, and technology partners that help us operate Brain SuperApp, including:
- Apple, including Sign in with Apple, CloudKit, HealthKit, and notification-related platform services.
- Google, including Google Sign-In and Firebase Analytics.
We may also disclose information:
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- To protect the rights, safety, security, property, or operations of Brain SuperApp, our users, or others.
- In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide Brain SuperApp, maintain app functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve the service.
Some information is stored locally on your device unless and until you remove the app or clear data through available app or device controls. Some information synchronized through CloudKit may remain in your private iCloud account subject to Apple's systems, settings, and retention or deletion processes.
Feedback and analytics information may be retained for a reasonable period for support, debugging, product improvement, security, and business recordkeeping purposes.
10. Your Choices
You may choose:
- Whether to use Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
- Whether to provide optional profile edits.
- Whether to grant HealthKit permissions.
- Whether to enable notifications.
- Whether to submit feedback and whether to include a contact email address.
You may also sign out of Brain SuperApp and contact us at privacy@brainsuperapp.com with privacy-related requests.
Brain SuperApp does not currently describe a self-service account deletion feature. If you wish to request deletion of information we control, contact privacy@brainsuperapp.com.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, including if you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have certain rights under applicable law, subject to exceptions and limitations. These may include the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or additional information about certain personal information we hold about you.
To submit a privacy-related request, contact privacy@brainsuperapp.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
12. International Data Transfers
If you use Brain SuperApp from outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to provide lawful safeguards for such transfers.
13. Children's Privacy
Brain SuperApp is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that we may have collected personal information from a child under 13, contact privacy@brainsuperapp.com and we will review the matter and, where appropriate, take steps to delete the information.
14. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
